Merchandise may be returned (and post marked) within 7 days from the date the order is received for a full refund back to the original form of payment MINUS our original shipping costs.
Merchandise may be returned (and post marked) within 14 days from the date the order is received for a store credit in the full amount, MINUS our original shipping costs.
ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached, if any.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, signs of wear, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to sender.
PLEASE DO NOT MAIL BACK ITEMS WITHOUT EMAILING FIRST. They will be returned to sender and any eligible refund voided.
MONOGRAMMED, PERSONALIZED, PRE-ORDER ITEMS, SWIM WEAR, BRALETTES, JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES are final sales.
Holiday Wear or any items specific to Christmas, New Year, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, Breast Cancer Awareness, St. Patricks Day or any other "specialty" day are final sale items.
We do not technically have exact item "exchanges" available. It is not guaranteed the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. We suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for a full refund/store credit (depending on time frame).
All items on Sale/Clearance and any sales/discounts 20% OFF or more are considered a Final Sale! These items cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged.
DEFECTIVE DAMAGED ITEM:
If you received defective merchandise, please email, firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days so we can correct the issue immediately.
We send all packages via USPS with a tracking number. Once a package has been scanned in by USPS this releases us of any liability. If your package is lost, stolen or not delivered, you will need to contact your local post office and work with them as they are your point of contact with your mail. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages.
HOW TO RETURN:

2. Make sure your original packing slip is in the package. If you have lost your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address and order number.
3. You may return the item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit for return.
4. Once your package is received please allow us up to five business days for processing. Once your item(s) has passed inspection, please allow additional time for a credit card refund, your credit card company determines that time frame which is typically 5-10 business days. Paypal refunds are instant. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S):
1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
